For Google, is there a minimum or maximum number of keywords that you're supposed to put into your keyword tags? Do you put all your keywords into your tags on each page, or only the keywords the particular page is optimized for?

While there is no minimum, we would recommend that you put no more than 40 words in your keyword tag, with your most important words first. Keep in mind that the "keyword tag" is essentially a summary of the most important words (revelent to your targeted "keyword phrase[s]") contained within that "specific page" and is not a summary of entire keyword list for your site. If the words are not contained within your text content for that page, then do not put them in your keyword tag.
